WHAT'S MORE THAN NEPOTISM ?

Nepotism is based on favouritism granted to Nephews in various fields, including business, politics, entertainment, sports, religion and other activities.The term comes from Italian word nepotismo, nepos meaning Nephew.Untill the 17th century some Catholic popes and Bishops gave their nephews such positions of preference as were often accorded by fathers to son.

Several popes elevated nephews and other relatives to the cardinalate Often, such appointments were a means of continuing a papal "dynasty".Paul III  engaged in nepotism, appointing, for instance, two nephews, aged 14 and 16, as cardinals. The practice was finally limited when Pope innocent XII issued the bull Romanum decet pantificem in 1692. The papal bull prohibited popes in all times from bestowing estates, offices, or revenues on any relative, with the exception that one qualified relative (at most) could be made a cardinal.

NEPOTISM IN POLITICS:

Nepotism is  common  in politics when the relative of a powerful figure ascends to political power seemingly without appropriate qualifications.If a father is an M.P(member of parliament) then his son or daughter regard the constituency as their heirloom(a valuable object that has belonged to a family for several generations).In every part of the India Nepotism is rampant, if you look into last six decades of Indian politics Nehru-Gandhi families played a major role.If we looked into the India's MLA, most of them come from a political background families.

NEPOTISM IN EMPLOYMENT

Nepotism at work means, increased Job opportunity for their relatives and the loved ones,than other similarly situated people.It is most commonly seen  in small, family run businesses. An article from FORBES magazine stated "there is no ladder to climb when the top rung is reserved for people with a certain name". Some businesses People says nepotism is considered too be a troublesome and disruptive way.In most commonly we say's it as recommendation.

IN CINEMA INDUSTRY:

 We often call it as GOD FATHER!The Kapoor family and many other Indian movie actors have brought their children into the movie industry with their endorsements and influence for decades. Bollywood producer-director, Karan johar has been hailed as the flag bearer of nepotism. Star kids have continued to sign movies easily while talented and hard working actors without family connections in the industry have struggled to sustain themselves in the industry.

WHAT'S UP WITH INDIA?

In India NEPOTISM goes with private sector, Government sector,film industry, politics, judiciary, Religious circles and other organizations.

If we go with Indian politics, we may see a dynasty rule.INC(Indian National Congress) currently Rahul Gandhi as the vice President and his mother Sonia Gandhi as the president,during 2017 Rahul Gandhi was the president and the president chair moves along with their family circle.

In film industry most of them are star kids and they gain easy title in industries.Bollywood star kids like Varun Dhawan,Tiger Shroff and Aalia Bhat. NEPOTISM does not moves only with Bollywood it goes on with MALAYALAM, TAMIL, TELUGU, and all other film industries.(Dulqar Salman, Prithviraj,Pranav Mohanalal,Kalidhas Jyaram,Vikram Prabhu,Suriya Sivakumar, Vijay, Simbu,Yuvan Sankar Raja).

In sports too NEPOTISM exist recently we may a heated a news about Arjun Tendulkar son of Sachin Tendulkar, the legendary cricketer son was selected apparently much more than deserving candidate Pranav Dhanawade(son of an Auto driver). Dhanawade had made a world record by scoring 1009 off 327 balls.This proved the NEPOTISM in Sports.

 Jay shah,who is currently serving as the BCCI secretary is the son of India's Home minister AMIT SHAH.

This shows that in every filed there exist  NEPOTISM.There are people who comes with open statement about Nepotism but it doesn't gains the attention.

Nepotism has been criticized since the ancient times by several philosophers, including Aristotle, valluvar and confucius Indian philosopher Valluvar condemned nepotism as both evil and unwise.

SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT:

The debate on nepotism was re-ignited after the death of a well-known Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput who was considered an 'outsider' to the Bollywood industry As per media reports he was excluded  by the film industry despite being an accomplished actor.Most of the star kids failed to give massive hits in movies, Sushant who achieved a huge hits in Bollywood was always a star in the film industry even after he was highly excluded because he neither have Relative nor GODFATHER in industry.

 Still there are more doubts regarding Sushant's death, hoping that it will be breakout soonly.some rumors spreading out that there are some lobby's behind his death.
